    This location used to be my number 1 go to.  Over the Past few months there has been a bit of a turnover in their front team and cooks. So much so that the food and service quality are not the same. It has gone down quite a bit. I've had to wait much longer than usual when there's 5 people ahead of me or just 1. Below is a picture of some chicken I just bought there on yesterday and if you look at the bottom of the leg I didn't notice until after I finished it it's really dark and I'm concerned and hope that I don't get sick.

    I usually come here for late lunch or an early dinner. My recent visits have been very good. They still tend to only use one register and keep customers waiting to order. Otherwise everything as expected: polite associates, fresh food at expected temperatures, and quick service. The dining room is kept clean and the tea is always available and fresh tasting. Issues from earlier this year no longer experienced.

    From earlier this year I stated:

    I've been here several times the past two months. I've learned to wait for the board to show the meal description and pricing.  The cashiers appear to be trained to add additional sides, or to not point out a special promotion. A $7 combo turns into $10, a $5 promotion into a $8 purchase. When I say something,  the cashier will make sure I only want one side, not two. I just went through this, ordering an advertised combo for $6.89 and seeing $9.80 on the display screen. Ask me if I want an upsell, do not sneak it in on me!!

    Apparently 10:30pm is closing time here. The staff completely ignored the drive thru. Had to drive up to the window & honk a few times to get their attention. At least if it was close to 11pm I would understand but not even close.
    The cashier never apologized for not acknowledging us.
    Meanwhile he had his headset around his neck vs on his head , I guess you can sense when someone is at your window -_-

    25 minutes in the drive thru just to be asked to pull to the side..."2 minutes, sir"...10 more minutes later, I walk inside..."3 more minutes, sir"...I ordered TWO LEGS!!!! Choose wisely, people...choose wisely.

    I agree with the drive-thru comments.  My advice...DO NOT USE THE DRIVE-THRU at this location.  It is notoriously slow.  If you really want Popeye's then go inside or go to the Patrick location.
